Welcome to the Open Space STL online merchandise store. This website is operated by Open Space STL, a Missouri nonprofit organization. By accessing or using this store and purchasing products through it, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Please read these terms carefully before using our website or placing an order.

1. About Open Space STL

Open Space STL is a nonprofit organization dedicated to conserving and sustaining land, water, and natural resources throughout the St. Louis region.

Our online store offers merchandise that helps support our organization and its mission.

However, product images and colors may vary depending on your device or monitor.

All merchandise is subject to availability. We reserve the right to:

Refuse or cancel an order when necessary.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund for the canceled portion of the order.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Any applicable sales tax and shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Payment must be received before an order is processed.

Payments are processed through the payment methods made available through our Shopify store. Open Space STL does not directly store your complete payment card information.

5. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation. This confirmation does not necessarily constitute acceptance of your order.

Open Space STL reserves the right to accept, decline, or cancel an order for any reason, including product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other circumstances.

If we cancel an order, we will notify you and refund any amount charged for the canceled order.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are generally processed within 3–5 business days.

Estimated delivery times and shipping information are provided in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Open Space STL is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, natural disasters, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service.

Please review that policy before making a purchase.

8. Donations and Merchandise Purchases

Purchases made through the Open Space STL merchandise store are purchases of merchandise and are separate from charitable contributions to Open Space STL.

The purchase price of merchandise generally represents payment for the merchandise received and should not be treated as a charitable donation unless expressly identified as such.

If you wish to make a charitable contribution to Open Space STL, please use the organization's designated donation process.

All content appearing on this website, including but not limited to:

Photographs
Graphics
Illustrations
Text
Product designs
Written materials
Website design and layout

is owned by or licensed to Open Space STL and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, or otherwise use our intellectual property without prior written permission, except for personal, noncommercial use as permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms of Service grants you ownership of or rights to Open Space STL's trademarks, logos, or other intellectual property.

10. User-Submitted Content

If you voluntarily submit reviews, comments, photographs, testimonials, or other content to Open Space STL through the website or in connection with your purchase, you represent that you have the right to provide that content.

By submitting content, you grant Open Space STL a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content for legitimate organizational, promotional, and marketing purposes, subject to applicable law.
